Before I book

Are there any special deals available?
We always have special offers available, please see the special offers page, or call for a personal special offer.

How do I book my in2camping holiday?
Please call one of our friendly reservations staff, or you can enter a quote request via our website and they will contact you!

How many nights can I stay for, and is there a specific ‘changeover day’?
One of the many advantages of booking with in2camping is that we are very flexible. This means that you can book the holiday your way. Go when you want, and stay for as long as want, and stay for as long as you want

Can I stay at both your campsites on one holiday?
Of course! Ask about our dual parc breaks when you call.

What deposit is due to confirm my booking?
For early 2009 bookings we will require a deposit of £50 to secure the booking, for holidays for 2008, a deposit of £150 is required unless your departure date is within 3 weeks of travel.

Getting There

Can I make my own travel arrangements?
Of course, and we’ll offer you a discounted total holiday price if you do, but we do offer very competitive rates on channel crossings with P and O Ferries and Eurotunnel.

Can we take a roof rack or a roof box?
Yes, but please advise the reservations staff when you make the booking as they will inform the operator.

Do I need to advise you of my new car details and registration  number?
Yes please, as this makes things easier for you at the channel crossing terminals and allows our on-site representatives to identify you upon arrival at the parc.

If I want to add a roofbox, bikes or a trailer to my booking, do I need to advise you?
Yes please as we will need to inform the operator.

How much time must I allow between my ferry departure time and arriving at port?
Check in for both P and O and Eurotunnel closes half an hour before departure, so it is best to arrive early. The tickets we offer are all fully flexible, so arriving early may mean that you are able to board an earlier ferry/train and start the holiday sooner!

How do I find details of how to get to my parc?
We will send you detailed directions to the campsite along with your tickets.

Where can I find out about road tolls?
Please visit www.autoroutes.fr which can also be read in English.

Accommodation

Are there duvets in the accommodation?
Yes! Uniquely in2camping offers duvets and pillows which saves you valuable car space, leaving room for souvenirs!

Can I add linen hire at any time, and how much is it?
Linen hire can be added up to two weeks before departure and is priced at £16 per double pack and £10 per single.

Are towels included in the linen pack?
Yes, each pack contains a bath towel, and a smaller hand towel.

Do we need to take a cot, or can you provide one?
There are a  limited number of baby packs on each site, comprising a high chair and a play cot. Please mention at the time of booking.

What equipment is provided in my mobile home?
We will send you a detailed inventory with your tickets, alternatively please select the accommodation tab on our home page.

When can I get into my accommodation?
You will be able to enter your accommodation after 16:00, although exceptions can be made for earlybirds, just let us know!

What’s this Equipment Damage Waiver?
The Equipment Damage Waiver (EDW) is £14.50 and covers anything which you might break or damage in the mobile home. It is however optional. If you choose not to pay the EDW, you will be asked to leave a €200 refundable deposit with Reception on arrival.
